TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (CGV)

1. Legal Information

The store is hosted by Shopify Inc., a Canadian company with offices at 151 O'Connor Street, Ground floor, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 2L8, Canada. Shopify provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services online.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the sale of products (the "Products") on the website "CamilleLou Illustration" (the "Site", "we", "our", or "us"), which is operated and managed by Camille Tourville ("the Seller"), a micro-enterprise registered under the French law with a registered address at 81 chemin Dauphin, 97429 PETITE ILE.

By placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Site or place an order.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are prints of original artworks created by Camille Tourville and licensed by their respective authors. All necessary rights for sale have been obtained from the authors whose characters are represented.Each product is printed on demand via our service provider Printful.

3. Prices

The prices displayed on the website are expressed in US Dollars ($), inclusive of all applicable taxes.
All prices listed on the Site are in USD (United States Dollars). The prices displayed on the store do not necessarily include local taxes, VAT, or any applicable custom fees but shipping fees will be added to the order at checkout. Depending on your country of residence, additionnal charges may apply upon delivery. These fees are the responsability of the buyer and are beyond our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
CamilleLou Illustration reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

4. Orders

Orders are validated once payment is successfully processed.
CamilleLou Illustration reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is an unresolved payment dispute.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Accepted payment methods are: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express via Stripe), Apple Pay, and PayPal.
All payments are secured by Shopify's payment processing partners and comply with PCI-DSS security standards

6. Production and Delivery

Products are printed and shipped by Printful.
Indicative timelines:

• Production: 2 to 7 business days

• Delivery: 5 to 15 business days depending on the destination.

These timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume, seasonal demand, or the destination country.
CamilleLou Illustration cannot be held responsible for any delay attributable to the service provider or the shipping carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products or made-to-order items, such as print-on-demand products.

No returns or refunds are accepted unless the product is defective or there is a printing error.
In such cases, please contact camillelouillustration@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your product, providing photos documenting the issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All artworks offered are protected under intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Liability

CamilleLou Illustration shall not be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.

10. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings.
If no agreement is reached, only French courts shall have jurisdiction.
