Do you Ship Worldwide?

Yes! I use a shipping and printing distributer that handles all orders and ships around the world.

My order arrived damaged, what can i do ?

Send me an email at camilletourville8@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged print within 30 days of receiving your order and I will notify my distributer to send you a new one as soon as possible !  

How about returns, refunds and exchanges ?

I use a printing company to manufacture my prints and I can't offer returns or exchanges at this time. Refunds/reshipments are available for damaged prints within 30 days of receiving your order.

My order haven't arrived yet, what can i do ?

Orders take around 2 weeks or more to arrive depending on your location. If the estimated delivery window has passed and you're worried they are lost, please first check with the post office/carrier as it is most often an issue with delivery on their end. If they tell you it has been lost email me at camilletourville8@gmail.com with your order number and I will help you with that !
