Thank you for shopping with CamilleLou Illustration. We take pride in offering high-quality prints through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you through our return and refund policy.
Please read the following policy carefully before making a return or requesting a refund.
1. General Information
We accept returns and refunds under the conditions specified below. Please note that as we use Printful to fulfill and ship orders, they handle the printing, packing, and shipping processes. This means that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges directly for any items that have been customized or printed by Printful unless the product is defective or damaged.
2. Eligibility for Return and Refund
We only accept returns or refunds for products that are:

Defective or damaged upon arrival.

Not as described on our website.
Please check your order immediately upon arrival. If the product is defective or damaged, please follow the process outlined below.
3. Return and Refund Process
3.1 Requesting a Return or Refund
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving the item. To start a return or refund request, please contact us at camillelouillustration@gmail.com with the following information:

A description of the issue (e.g., damaged, defective, incorrect item).

Photos of the product showing the damage or defect.
3.2 Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you simply change your mind, or if the product is in perfect condition but you no longer wish to keep it, the return shipping cost will be at your expense.
4. Products That Are Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

Custom or personalized products that were made specifically for your order.

Products that have been opened or used.
5. Printful's Role in Returns and Refunds
As we use Printful to fulfill our orders, the printing and packaging process is managed by them. If you experience any issues related to product quality (e.g., printing errors, shipping damages), we will work with Printful to resolve your issue. Here’s how the process works:

Printful will verify the issue and either reprint the order or issue a refund, depending on the case.

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
6. Refund Timeline
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days . The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
7. Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
